Abraham was born about 1820. He was baptised on 27th February 1820 at St Lawrence, Oxhill, Warwickshire as the son of William Burnham and Elizabeth Gascoigne. His father's occupation was a labourer.[1][2][3]
In 1838 he married Hannah Clifton. The certificate records that he was a bachelor aged 20 years living in Oxhill as a labourer. His father was William Burman, labourer and the witnesses were William Edden and Joseph Gardener.[4]
In 1841 he lived with his wife in Oxhill, Warwickshire as an agricultural labourer.[5] Between 1851 and 1901 he lived in Pillerton Priors, Warwickshire, England as an agricultural labourer or a labourer.[6][7][8][9][10][11]
