Biography
Frederick Alexander Gavin "Fred" Burn was born in 1880 in Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia, the son of Mary Burn (nee Gavin) and John Burn.[1]
He was a jockey.[2][3][4][5]
He married Ellen Edith Spring in 1901 in Victoria.[6] Their son was:
In 1927 he was charged and convicted with indecently treating a girl under 17.[5] He was sentenced to three months in gaol.[5]
Fred died on 6 June 1952 in Queensland.[8]
