Elizabeth Burn was born about 1830 in Hedon a very small town near the Humber and directly east of Hull
It seems that Jane Burn moved ten miles southeast to Hedon east of Hull at or soon after her marriage as both of the adult daughters with her were born in Hedon, though her granddaughter was born a mile or so further east in the village of Thorngumbald.. [1]
The marriage between William Jackson and Eliz Burn is too early : 1850 when we know she is still single in 1851. She is not found in 1861 as either Burn or Jackson. It seems likely that she is
