Biography

Charles Burner was born in Appalachia, in West Virginia.

Charles was born in 1908.[1] He was the son of John Burner and Mamie Montgomery.

He married Arah King on 09 June 1940 in Buckhannon, Upshur County, West Virginia, United States.[2]

Charles died (age 87) on 15 May 1995.[3]
