Biography
Mary was born in 1781. Mary Burness was baptized on 16 September 1781 in Nether Mains of Fordoun, Fordoun, Kincardineshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of James Burness. She married David Burgess, son of John Burgess and Christian Burness, on 21 June 1813 in Fordoun, Kincardineshire, Scotland. She died on 19 October 1834 in Fordoun, Kincardineshire, Scotland, at age 53.
