George Townsend FOX, son, unm, 40, curate of St. Oswald's, born Westoe Dur. with two grandchildren under 10yrs old and a governess named Hariett WILKINSON. Also living-in and working as a "butler" was Timothy BURNETT, mar, 41, born Husthwaite Yorks, together with six other "servants". [Why was Timothy working so far away from home as a butler? Was he really married and if so who was his wife and where was she at the time of this census?]
