Mary was born on 22 Sep 1811 in Husthwaite, Yorkshire, England and baptized on 31 Dec of the same year in Husthwaite.[1][2] Her parents were Thomas Burnett and Eleanor Appleton.
Research Note
A Mary Ann Burnett, father Thomas, married William Orman in the village of Brafferton on 21 March 1840.[3] Brafferton is only a few km from Husthwaite so this record is possibly Mary's marriage. Independent verification is required.Eady-184 12:13, 1 October 2022 (UTC)
