Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1826. She was the daughter of James Burnett and Frances Colip. She passed away in 1870.

She married Isaac F. Houser on August 8, 1844 in Fayette, Ohio. Their children were Francis Virginia (Houser) Bishop (1845-?), Lucy H. (Houser) Thompson (1848–1932), Jane 'Jennie' (Houser) Powell (1854–1929), Mary 'Mollie' H. (Houser) Van Buren (1857–1909), Anna Belle (Houser) Power (1859–1927) and Minnie M. (Houser) Laupp (1866-?).

Elizabeth passed away in 1870 in Syracuse, Otoe, Nebraska. Burial details unknown.

Elizabeth is listed on the 1870 census for Syracuse, Nebraska with her husband, Isaac. The 1880 census shows that Isaac is a widower. We do not have a death record for Elizabeth.
