The following is confirmation that Elizabeth, wife of Abner, was a daughter of Daniel Burnett (died Chatham Co., NC. 10/23/1823) and Elizabeth Jane (Farrington/Fearrington) Burnett (born 9/21/1748 Surry Co., VA.died Chatham Co., NC. bef. 1820). Elizabeth Jane (Farrington/Fearrington) Burnett was daughter of John Farrington (died Brunswick Co., VA. bet. 11/4/1750 -3/26/1751) and Elizabeth Roland/Rowland. Elizabeth (born ca. 1726 VA. d. bet. 5/11/1798 - 11/1798 Chatham Co., NC.) married 2nd William Bryant/Briant in Brunswick Co., VA. ca. 1751/1752. William died Granville Co., NC. 10/23/1773.
