Biography

John BURNS was born Abt 1847 in Skinflats, Stirlingshire, Scotland. He was the son of James BURNS and Margaret DUNLOP.[1]

On 11 Feb 1870, he married Rachel BOYD in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, Scotland.[1]

On 1 Feb 1922, he died at 81 Dundas Street in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, Scotland when he was 74 years old.[2] His occupation was given as Ships Carpenter, the cause of death was Influenza 7 days, Acute Bronchitis and the informant was his son John.[2]
