In 1794, Noah Burr, James Burr, Hosea Burr, Phillip Nichols, Jehu Burr, and Moses Beardsley, purchased the undivided rights of Benjamin Burr, Josiah Burr, and Deborah Peck, wife of Israel Peck of the estate of James Burr.[1]
His will is dated 3 May 1802 and proved on 10 May 1802 in Stratford. He mentions his daughters, Grisilia Mallett, and Anthea Burr, and his three sons, Elisha Burr, David Burr, and Asaph Burr.[2]
His inventory was completed on 8 June 1802 in Huntington.[3]
In 1803, Elisha Burr, David Burr, and Asaph Burr signed an estate distribution agreement of the undivided land of their father, Noah Burr.[4]
