Daniel Burr was born 5 March 1737 in Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut Colony to parents John Burr and Elizabeth Nash.[1][2]
He died on 23 August 1812 in Fairfield, Connecticut.[3]
Probate
His will is dated 3 June 1808 and proved on 9 September 1812 in Fairfield. He mentions his wife Abigail, his daughter Elizabeth, and two sons, Jonathan and Zalmon.[4]
His inventory was completed on 5 November 1812.[5]
In 1813, his real estate distribution was set out to the widow, Jonathan, Zalmon, and Elizabeth Burr.[6]
In 1813, Elizabeth and the widow Abigail signed receipts for their share of Daniel's Estate.[7]
