Mary Viola Burr was born on December 10, 1883 in Burrville, Sevier County, Utah Territory, United States. She is the daughter of Myron Leonard Burr and Frances Caroline Cloward.
She married Byron Hanchett on October 9, 1916 in Richfield.[6][7][8]
Mary passed away at an age of ninety-seven on October 28, 1981 in Richfield. She is buried in the Annabella Cemetery in Annabella, Sevier County, Utah.[9]
