Arthur Harold Burr, son of Frederick Richard Burr and Caroline Knowlden, ^[1] was born in about May 1879 in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. ^[1][2] He died on 16 May 1946, his death was registered in Tonbridge, Kent. ^[3][4]
