Biography
Harriette Holley Burr was the daughter of Colonel William Edward Burr of Lexington, Kentucky (1828-1898) and mother Harriette Holley Brand (1835-1904), daughter of William M. Brand, of Lexington, Kentucky. Harriette Holley Burr was born 10 July 1856 in Lexington, Kentucky. Col. William Burr was transferred to the Bank of St. Louis, Missouri where he subsequently became president of the bank in 1863.
