Robert was born in 1878 in Virginia. He was the son of John Burrell and Elizabeth Robinson.
In 1880 Robert was living with his parents and siblings in Pine Top, Virginia. [1]
In 1900 Robert was living with his father and stepmother in Pine Top.[2]
