Charlie was born in 1946, the son of Malcolm Everett Burrell and Vera Cynthia Childs. His father was his mother's second husband. He loved genealogy, writing biographies about his ancestors, and was an avid member of WikiTree. Charlie served in the Viet Nam war and passed away in 2018 at 71 years old.
