Biography
William Burruss was born February 18, 1746, in Caroline county, Virginia, a son of Jacob Burruss, Jr. and Martha Harris. On October 15, 1770, in Caroline county, William married Susanna(h) Terrell, a daughter of David Terrell and Agatha Giles. William and Susanna became the parents of as many as eight children before he died October 16, 1831, in Caroline county, Virginia. [1]
