Birth in 1765 in Anderson County, Kentucky, is not possible. Kentucky was not formed until 1792, and Anderson County was not established until 1827. If the birth was in the location of the present Anderson County, the correct birth location for 1765 would be "Kentucky County, Colony of Virginia."
