Amos married Elizabeth Rathbone in 1736/37. The exact date is not yet known, or whether they were married in Colchester (her home town) or Groton (his home town), or somewhere else. Record of where has not yet been located.[4][5]
Amos died, 01 Jun 1773 in Groton and is buried in “Old Packer Burying Grounds, at Mystic, Connecticut”. [4]

“Mystic is a village and census-designated place (CDP) in New London County, Connecticut, in the United States. The population was 4,205 at the 2010 census. Mystic has no independent government because it is not a legally recognized municipality in the state of Connecticut. The Amos that is the father of the attached Able was born in 1738 (exact date not known in the Robert Burrow Genealogy Book, Pg 497).
