Biography
A son of Bart Burris or Burrus,as reported by his wife. He came to this section when Kipp ,Kizer and Clark Lumber started operations on the tract of land in Cortez,McCalmont Township,Jefferson County.
He later worked for the Jefferson Traction Company.He was married to Rose M. Burrus. He [passed away at the Dixmont Hospital located in Killbuck Township,Allegheny County,PA.,at the age of 70 years.
