William Burt was born in February 1786 at Sandhurst, Kent, England[1] and baptised at the age of 70 days on the 13th April 1786 at St. Nicholas, Sandhurst, Kent, England, the son of Thomas Burt senior (Farmer) and his wife Sarah Burt (formerly Little)[2].
On the 27th December 1810, William Burt, bachelor, and Margaret Igglesden, spinster, both of Rye, Sussex, England, married at St. Mary the Virgin, Rye, Sussex, England. Witnessed by John Croucher and Sarah ?[3].
In 1867 William was living at Scurms, Sandhurst, Kent, England[4].
William died in 1867[5] probably at Sandhurst, Kent, England.
William was buried on the 7th April 1867 at St. Nicholas, Sandhurst, Kent, England[4].
