Biography
Justice was born in 1883. He was the son of Marion Burwell and Martha Gable.
US Census Year 1900: Living with his parents and two siblings in Duncan Township Browning city (west part), Sullivan, Missouri, United States. Aged 17 and single.
Occupation: Farm Labourer
He was educated in the public schools of Sullivan County and the Gem City College in Quincy, Illinois. As a young man he taught school at the Enterprise School and was later a government mail clerk on the Burlington Route, working the run between Quincy, IL and Milan, MO, laying over at the Depot Hotel in Milan.
Justice married Alpha Narcissus Williams on 20 June 1907 at Sullivan, Missouri, United States. They had five children, with one dying at birth
His wife passed away in 1928.
Jesse married Suzie E. Earles in 1930 and she helped raise his two youngest children. After her death in 1943 he married Jeanne Huffine.
He passed away in 1947.
