There is no baptism in the Great Tew registers for a William around 1620: there is one for Wm son of Thomas and Mary in 1625 - that would mean he was only 16 when he married - which is not necessarily a problem in the 1600s.
Purported parents Simon and Ann were having children baptised in Deddington but the registers only start in 1631 so cannot see if there was a William born around 1620. However there is a William baptised with father Simon in 1636 and that is clearly too late to be the William married to Joane Smith. Unless there were two Simon's having children baptised in Deddington in this time period then William cannot be the son of Simon.
As to the death date - about 1666 in Eastone (which I assume is meant to be Enstone) - there is no burial recorded in the Enstone registers.
Note the ancestry member tree in the "See also" section has no sources whatsoever for William or his purported father Simon.
