Obituary.
Mrs. Sarah Smith Craft was born March the 8th 1841 in Weekly county, Tennessee and was christened Sarah Smith Busby. She was converted at the age of 10 years. At 13 years of age she married Sterling B. Allen; a daughter was born to this union who survives her mother and is the wife of J. H. Schnellbarger. She moved with her family to Kentucky, from there to Shannon county Mo. where Mr. Allen died. Later she was married to Aaron Wesley Larue. Two children was born to this union, William A. Larue, the other child passed on to the higer [sic] life in infancy. Mr. Larue died during the war, On the 11th day of December 1864 she was married to Aaron Craft and was to him a true and faithful wife for almost half a century. She closed her eyes to all earthly scenes Monday June 27, 1911 and her remains were laid to rest in the Graceland cemetery at Meade Kansas.
