George was born^[1][2]and registered during the first quarter of 1865 in the district of Crickhowell, Brecknockshire, Wales, United Kingdom.

George passed away^[3]aged sixty six on 11 November 1931 at his home in East Main Street, Girardville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania where he was pronounced deceased at 3:00am. The cause of death was chronic myocarditis with chronic bronchitis being a contributory factor.
He was laid to rest^[4]a few days later on 14 November 1931 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Girardville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
