At the request of Susanna Magruder the following Deed was recorded June 16, 1759 Indenture made December 20, 1758; James Willett, planter in consideration of 80 pounds current money paid by Susanna Magruder has sold part of a tract called "Buttington" [or Bealington] containing 62 acres and bounded by "Good Luck".
