Susannah Bussey, the daughter of Hezekiah Bussey and Susannah Taylor was born about 1677–1691 in Prince George's or Calvert County, Maryland.

Susannah Bussey married Alexander Magruder in Prince George's County, Maryland, about 1713. The following children were named in Alexander's will:\[1]

At the request of Susanna Magruder the following Deed was recorded June 16, 1759 Indenture made December 20, 1758; James Willett, planter in consideration of 80 pounds current money paid by Susanna Magruder has sold part of a tract called "Buttington" [or Bealington] containing 62 acres and bounded by "Good Luck". Signed James Willett in the presence of and acknowledged before George Gordon, Nathaniel Magruder and at the same time Amy Willet wife of James Willett relinquished her right of dower {Susanna Busey widow of Alexander Magruder}
