Frank Bussey died in the State Infirmary at Howard, Cranston, Rhode Island on 25 December 1945, aged 81 years, 0 months and 11 days. He was born in Newfoundland on 14 December 1864. He was buried in Mt. St. Marys' Cemetery in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on 28 December 1945.[1]
Obituary: Frank Bussey, 79, a resident of Pawtucket for the last 60 years, died last night [26 December 1945] at the home of his son James Bussey, 119 Rock Avenue, Pawtucket. He was a native of Newfoundland. His other survivors are: three sons, Joseph of Providence, Fred of New Castle, Pa., and Leo of Michigan; a brother, Patrick of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Mary McMahan of Pawtucket and Mrs. Neil Shea of Somerville, Mass.; 15 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the funeral home of F.B. Williams & Son, 536 Central Avenue, at a time to be announced. A high requiem Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery.[2]
