Biography
Annie was born on 23 July 1856 in Bamban, Western Australia, the daughter of William Butcher and Mary Ann Horton.[1][2]
She married Robert Batt on 7 June 1876 at Perth.[3][2]
- BATT.—On March 27, 1940, at Fremantle, Sarah Ann, the dearly loved wife of the late Robert Batt, fond mother of Grace (Mrs. Watts, Pingelly), Clarence (Pinjarra), Olive (Mrs. Uren, Collie), Ruby (Mrs. Warn, Dumbleyung), and Horace (Dwellingup); aged 84 years[4]
