Mary was born on the 21 Nov 1835 in either West Wickham, Kent or Keston, Kent. In the 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891 & 1911 censuses Mary gave her place of birth as West Wickham, the same place she was baptised. However in the 1901 census she gave her place of birth as Keston, Kent, a neighbouring Parish.
She was baptised on the 30 Nov 1835 in West Wickham, Kent, England. [1]. Mary's Baptismal Certificate records her birth as "BB" ie. Base Born or illigitimate, and no father is named.
She passed away on the 2 Apr 1916 in Bermondsey . [2]
