Cordelia (Butler) Carter is a part of US Black heritage.
Cordelia Butler was born in 1880[1] in Rockport[1], Indiana[2]. She was the child[1][3] of Sarah Riley and Civil War veteran J. William Butler of the famous 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and the wife of Mr. Carter[1][4], Mr. Dandridge[5], and Robert Miller[2][6].

Death
