Cathy's father Ralph Butler
I was born in Iowa City, IA on June 1, 1955. I had a sister whose name was Betty Sewell and a brother whose name was Johnny Everett Butler. Johnny was born on June 2 1954 and died on or around March 17, 1956.
I grew up in Davenport, IA and Durant, IA. I married James Ray Dixon, Ernest Messier and Garry Edward McCollom. I married James on December 14, 1973 and we divorced in January 1978. I married Ernie on October 30, 1981 or there abouts and he died in January, 1982 I married Garry on June 13, 1984 and we are still married.
I have one child: Jennifer Anne Blakely--at birth she was Paula Marie Dixon. She had her name changed sometime in her junior year of high school, I think.
