Biography
Elsie was born about 1921. She is the daughter of Robert Butts and Mary Roberson. [1]
She married first on 01 Apr 1939 in Blount County, Alabama to Palmon Bonner; [2] and married second on 11 Jul 1964 in Montgomery, Alabama to Garthen L. Franks. [3]
Elsie passed away in 2010, and is buried at South Cemetery in Blountsville, Alabama. [4]
