In the Will and Testament of Lady Julia Matilda Venables Vernon, née Gosset, of St Peter's House, St Peter, widow of Sir William Henry Venables Vernon, former bailiff of the island dated 03/10/45. She desires to be buried in her family burial place in St Saviour's Cemetery. Bequeaths to Arthur Villeneuve Nicolle, the property St Peter's House; to Guy Malet de Carteret, two portraits in oil by Buxton.
