Biography

Aunt Evelyn was born in 1918. She was the daughter of Chester Byerly and Flora Snyder. The 1930 and 1940 census information shows her living with her parents and siblings in Allen County, Ohio. [1] [2] She married Garner Spratt in Detroit in 1943. Evelyn passed away in 1954 from pneumonia et al as late and chronic complications of bulbar polio which she contracted in 1950. [3]
