Biography

Frances was born in 1859. She was the daughter of Davod Byerly and Phoebe Wise. The 1860 and 1870 census information shows her living with her parents and siblings in Washington County, Tennessee. [1][2] In 1878 she married Lola O. Strain. [3] Frances passed away in 1880. Cause of death at age 20 is not known.
