Biography

Elizabeth (Byrd) DeJarnette b. 1708 - d. 1783 Married to Elias DeJarnette, Sr.

I am a descendant of Elias Dejarnette and ELizabeth Byrd.I find multiple references to Elias Dejarnette marrying Elizabeth Byrd and stating that she is the daughter of William Byrd and Lucy Parke. Where is the proof? Is there a Bible record or something in the Dejarnette family or some other proof to show this? I did find a christening record in England at the right time where Byrd's relative lived for a william Byrd father of Elizabeth but really would appreicate any information that would nail this down.
