Biography
William was born in 1838, in Franklin, Virginia. He was the son of Samuel Jordan Cabell Jr and Elizabeth S Avery.
In Nov 1855, he was killed near Clifton Forge on the Central Railroad, by a premature explosion of a blast[1]. He was 17 years old.
It is unknown where he was buried.
