Biography

No baptism has been found for her, age given at death in 1773 was 76 years, marriage record in 1720 gave her 22, so 1698 estimated as birth year. She had a brother born in June 1697. Her parents were residents of Longueuil before and after this date per baptisms in the family, and she married there also.

Marie Rose Cadieu died in Ste-Geneviève (Pierrefonds), where she and her husband had been residents, on 26 May 1773, funeral the next day in nearby Pointe-Claire^[4], being listed as 76 year old widow of Paul Brazeau.
