Biography
Frances Caffery, the daughter of Frank Benjamin Caffery and Rhoda Matilda Rundell, married Grover James Harney 27 April 1914, in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. The couple homesteaded in the Colony vicinity until 1948 when they moved to Oark, Arkansas. After two years at Oark, they moved to Lincoln, Arkansas for three more years, then returned to Belle Fourche, SD. They married a second time in 1949 in Arkansas.
Grover and Frances had six children. After Grover Harney's death Frances married in 1963, M.B. Fowler.
