Alice Kaye died at Shepley Station, Yorkshire in 1883, age 29, and was buried 18 Dec. [6]
She was killed by a train. She left to return to her father after an argument with her husband. She walked to the station with servant Margaret Lewis who was carrying son David, leaving baby Wilberforce (12 mths) at home with her husband. Margaret was in the waiting room with David when Alice was killed by a passing train - verdict accidental death (though possibly suicide).
