Her parents marry in Québec city in 1664, and there is one sibling born there the next year, Françoise. Her parents obviously came and went and came back again, as she and other siblings are born in France. She returns with her parents in 1689, and marries in 1697 with Claude de Bermen de la Martinière in 1697. Her father, Jacques Cailleteau, sieur de Champfleury, is deceased by then, but her mother is present. The marriage record bears signatures of: C. de Bermen, Marie A. Cailleteau, François Genaple (royal notary), M. Le Neuf, Dame de la Vallière, Françoise Denis (her mother), Pierre Le Gardeur, Jean Dubreuil (beadle), and the officiating priest, F. Dupré. Many of these were part of the nobility residing in Québec city (including the husband)
She had 5 children born and baptized between 1699 and 1707 in Québec city.

Ayant passé un contrat de mariage le 9 avril 1697 par devant maître François Genaple devant de multiples notables de la colonie,[3][4], le 9 avril 1697 à Notre-Dame de Québec, Claude de Bermen sieur de Lamartinière, veuf de défunte Anne Despréz, épouse Marie Anne Cailleteau, fille de défunt Jacques Cailleteau sieur de Chamfleury et de Françoise Denys femme de Michel Le Neuf sieur de la Vallière, en présence des dits sieur et dame de la Vallière, Pierre Noël Legardeur écuyer, de François Genaple notaire royal, et de Jean Dubreuil bedeau, le curé François Dupré célébrant. Les époux et témoins signent.[5]
Décès
Anne Cailleto (sic), épouse du sieur de la Martinière, décède le 29 novembre 1708 et est inhumée le 30 à Québec (ND), l'acte lui donnant 38 ans.[8]
Paternal grand-parents per the marriage record of her parents are Théodore Cailteau (variant spelling), and Françoise Mignier, of Notre-Dame-de-Cogne parish in La Rochelle. Françoise Denys' parents are Simon Denis and Françoise Dutartre. She is born around 1644 in France.
