Biography

Thomas was born before 1242. He was the son of Adam Cailly. In 1282 Thomas de Weyland levied a fine of 2 parts of the manor of Whelnetham Parva Manor (which was in Thomas' lordship) in Suffolk against Thomas de Cayley, Simon his brother, and Joan wife of Alexander de Whelnetham.
