For instance I do Weston's in Australia and New Zealand others like Chris, JG, David and Dave Weston's do UK USA etc. If you go to the WikiTree One Name Search page you may find someone doing the particular Surname in the country you are chasing. WikiTree members are all most helpful and will guide you. Cheers
Thanks for self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge! Collaboration with Pre-1700 Project members is essential for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Collaboration is essential because those ancestors are usually shared by many descendants.
It looks like the England Project would be a good fit based on your branch of WikiTree. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.
Do you have any questions? Let me know. I'm happy to help! :-)

Wikitree is a Godsend during this virus (Lockdown and living in a remote location). I’ve found some of the tips hard to follow-but getting better. Correcting my input errors can be confusing. I’m my own worse enemy-poor typing skills, many lost files during hardware change, minimal computer skills and old age. My wife commented that I’m my own oldest living relative (My family came to Canada from Lancashire in 1954). I originally used Wikitree strictly to search but am now branching out. Question: Is my Wikitree profile number “Calderbank-56” or is it something else? I’ve done all my research by peck and hunt so I look forward to trying your suggestion (Research with RootSearch. Thanks again Cheers Graham

PS If you add your surname and other surnames/locations you are researching to your tags, you can connect to other members researching those names/places. The more of these clickable tags you add (20 max.) that include surnames, locations, periods of history or other genealogical interests, the more connections you will make and maybe find a few cousins! To add tags, use this link. This page will help you learn more about tags.
