Biography
John was born in 1762. He is the son of John Calef and Judith Challis.
John graduated from Dartmouth College in 1786. He was a farmer in Goshen and Pembroke, NH. He served in the legislature for one year as a Representative for Goshen.
John and Abigail had three daughters: Salome, Abigail, and Helena.
