Hello, I am new to this list and not sure where to post, so I'm posting here. My great great aunt was married to Downs Calhoun of Ninety-Six/Abbeville, SC. She was Lavinia Mary Puckett daughter of Dabney Puckett. I would like to discuss with you your Calhoun family.
"William" is listed as Proper First Name, "Cris" is listed as Preferred Name, Other Nickname is blank, and Middle Name is "Crisler". - If you try to remove the Middle name the program will throw up Annonymous, so you would be Cris A. instead. Might be a good idea to throw this up as a G2G question, asking for improvements to the system. Mags
So your first name is in the first name field, your nic-name Cris, is in the Nic-name field and your middle initial is in the middle name field. You name displays as Cris C.? I can't see your fields so it's not obvious to me. Mags

Hi cousin! Thanks for all of your contributions to the site and our family tree!
Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards .
If you need to describe an event, heirloom or a location relevant to your research, try Free Space Profiles .
If you run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving these unfortunate situations.
A project of note is the Global Family Reunion check it out at Global Family Reunion.
