Biography

Married Telitha Peek in 1881. Children John Francis, Mary, Sarah E, Telitha E, George C.

George C was born in 1904. In 1910 Telitha is a widow. From Telitha's Confederate Pension Application August 2, 1904 as a widow, it would seem her husband died that year.

Military Service - Civil War, B, 1 Cavalry (looks like B, 1 Cal. Cav.)

Research Notes

Reference to McIennan Texas is probably to McLennan County Texas formed in 1850. Birth is based on 1910 census.

Calhoun-619 and Calhoun-232 are not ready to be merged because: Not enough information on Calhoun-619 to determine whether these could be a match. Wives do not match.
