She married Ephraim Robins at Windham, Connecticut, on May 5, 1771. They initially settled in Windham, then in Mansfield, Connecticut, by 1776, and in Suffield, Connecticut, by 1786. In 1798 they removed to Hartford, Connecticut, where Ephraim then "supplied the pulpit at the First Baptist Church of Hartford after 1801."[3][4]
Abigail (Caulkins) Robins died, probably at Hartford, on March 11, 1830, at the age of 78. She is reportedly buried at the Ceder Hill Cemetery in Hartford.

Research Notes
Burial:Ceder Hill Cemetery's history says that it had its beginning in 1847. Abigail's burial there in 1830 would therefore appear to be anachronistic. Her Find A Grave: Memorial #14641539 contains photographs of an obelisk at the cemetery bearing the names and dates of Abigail and her family members. It is not known if this represents actual burials / re-burials or if it is merely a symbolic memorial.
