Simon Cameron is a part of US Black heritage.
Simon lived in Orange Co, NC. He was a slave and lived on the Bobbits Plantation owned by Duncan Cameron.
Simon was seen on the 1839 Bobbits slave census list,[1]
and seen in 1844 on the list of enslaved persons to be taken from NC to a new plantation, owned by Paul C. Cameron, in Greene Co, AL.[2]
Simon is also seen on an Undated list of enslaved left at the Alabama Plantation in Greene Co, AL.[3]
