James set up his farm in Otonabee, across the road from his parents house in Asphodel. He inherited his healing talents from his mother and was called upon often for veterinary services.[1]
Married Sarah Sinclair, daughter of Hugh Sinclair and Elizabeth Williamson.
Interment at Cameron Cemetery, 1987 Cameron Line, Indian River, Peterborough, Ontario.[2]
